My number one tip is to think of sweets, snacks and seconds as "not an option" on N days. Don't even entertain the idea. You can wait for an S day and you'll enjoy them so much more than.

I think you are on the right path Penelope. Try to look at this very long-term, which is hard for us dieters. A year from now, think of how good you will feel & the peace and freedom you will have attained. That's what matters, not how quickly you can lose a bunch of weight, only to gain it back.
