What did you decide to do, mustloseweight? If you really must lose weight, I hope you find something you can completely surrender to, even if it isn't No S. Of if you can't find something that seems surefire AND sustainable to lose weight on, at least commit to replacing more of the low-nutrient fo...

Hey Deb,

Just a thought, but do you like English tea? Obviously over here we drink it by the bucket. Only a very small fraction of the caffeine you find in coffee and lots of anti disease properties, calming and soothing hot drink.

Like I said, just a thought.

Oolala I have been No S compliant for about three months at one time, I think I lost about a stone in that three months. I think I got impatient wanting to lose weight faster if my memory serves me right!

It is crunch time ...

Here I am, bigger than EVER! It is either Slimfast or three meals a day and limited S days with lots of exercise like say No S and 30 Day Shred. I now top the scales at 17 stones and eight pounds which in pounds is (17x14) + 8. I suspect my bipolar medication has increased my appetite but I feel doo...

Count me in!

S days will be 25 December & 28 December (dear daughters birthday). I am doing the orthodox 'sometimes' S days. So I choose not to have weekend S days unless it is absolutely a pudding after Sunday lunch to die for. One such pudding will be Christmas pudding which I have adored since forever. Really...

Awesome advice from everyone - thank you. My Dad is scheduled for open surgery on Nov 12th. The only system of eating around hospital visiting through November will be three meals a day. I don't fancy my chances calculating points or calories in hospital canteen dinners. I also think the structure w...

Flavored stuff

Hi I have some flavored porridge sachets, they don't contain much sugar but are flavored to taste like Golden Syrup porridge. Obviously there is no actual Golden Syrup in the porridge but where do we stand on things that are flavored sweetly but contain no sugar. I really do like these porridge sach...

Slimfast, Weightwatchers, Slimming World, Calorie Counting,

Oh and I forgot buying a Fitbit!

Every one a failure and I am heavier than ever. Anyone just think that they just need to stop and accept themselves as they are? I am exhausted from failed diet plans. Always end up back here and fail on this too!

No-s is slow weight loss at the best of times so if your habits are not in place it isn't surprising that your weight is stationary. But on the bright side, at least it isn't increasing. Don't you think right now is a fine time to re-start? What would you like to address first? Eating habits...

Please clarify what we mean by 'No Sugar'

By quitting sugar do you mean the sweet tasting blatant offenders only? By this I mean cakes, sweets, chocolate, puddings and the white stuff added to coffee etc. What about sugar in things like flavoured yoghurt? Where do you stand on hidden sugar in savoury foods like sugar in cooking sauces like ...
