Thanks for getting in touch. Not particularly good news. I was hit with a lot of stuff over a two month period. Was diagnosed with diabetes, sleep apnea and put on pills for high colesterol. We've got a very sick 16 year old grandson who is going through multiple tests to see why he is wasting away....

Today - three plates. No sweets. No snacks. No seconds. Tomorrow is an s day. I don't anticipate eating any differently but it's nice to know I can if I want to. I've had a hankering for a DQ. Dipped cone. But it's not overwhelming so maybe not.
