I have been invited to morning tea. It's going to be on a Wednesday - so not an S day.

How do people cope with social events like this? Make it an S day and enjoy?

Maybe if nothing else becomes an S day between now and then I could?

Or I could swap it for a weekend day?

Binge eating

Has anyone had success on Pms binge eating?

There's a lot out there on eating every 2/3 hours to stop the binding. Have to say this hasn't really worked for me.

Having read the book, I think I will try milk or 100% fruit juices if I feel as if I am going to lose the day otherwise.

Any advice?

Am just starting. Days 1 and 2 were Successes! And not too taxing One more day to an S day. Want to do a 21 day challenge initially. Going to take people's advice and not worry about my plate size for the 21 days. Am also going to not worry about the level of eating on S days. Haven't had one yet......

Have just started the no s diet. Have been dieting for years. Had some success with ww but was never able to maintain. For the last 2 years the weight crept back on and however much I tried ww again or counting calories, I just couldn't stick with it. Failed so many times.... Became very demoralised...
