Can you delay breakfast and/or lunch by a couple of hours? In the past, I ate breakfast between 7-8 a.m., and lunch around noon, and found that it was sometimes difficult to wait until 5-6 p.m. or later to eat supper. I've since gotten into the habit of eating breakfast between 10-11 a.m., and lunch...

In order for your way of eating to truly be "No-S," the fruit you eat with a meal should occupy space on your plate. The idea here is that you're developing the habit of not snacking between meals, and utilizing a method of portion control that doesn't require a great deal of thought, planning, or w...

I first read this article several years ago, forgot where I'd read it, spent years trying to locate it again online, and finally, recently did so. It's probably the most sensible and encouraging piece I've read on the subject, with good humor, frank honesty, and a J.R.R. Tolkien reference... what mo...

I recently "binged" on the Netflix original comedy-drama, Samurai Gourmet , and thought it would be worth mentioning here. EDIT: Staying well-hydrated will help a great deal, as will drinking a bit of coffee or tea.
