I am interested in juicing and I would say add it TO a meal, or drink it in between. It's juice, its a liquid, it's not a meal IMHO, so I would think we could drink it between meals. I am struggling w/ this too but learning to embrace more and more. I must remember to not let perfect be the enemy of good.
