I made sure I ate a piece of fruit as part of each plate of food yesterday, and drank lots of herb tea, which helped to keep my cravings under control. I'll definately be eating sweet things this weekend!

I stayed late at work then had to make dinner as soon as i got in the house because I was ravenous. Was then busy all evening afterwards, so didn't have a chance for any food cravings to bother me. My plates (except at breakfast) are starting to look less overfull too.
