Working a similar schedule many years ago, I would have just a glass of milk before leaving the house, and breakfast at lunch break. If you did that, you could push your lunch and dinner later. Could that work for you?

Thanks, Oolala. I'm going to continue on with the 3 meals only, just eat a bit less at each meal and see if that helps with the acid reflux.

I'm pretty sure I can carry on with No S vanilla, I just need to tweak what and how much I eat at those 3 meals.
