No seconds is the hardest for me too.

I get up from the table as soon as I am finished eating and I have a coffee to finish every meal.

I find some meals (roast vegetables) harder than others, so I try to have them on s days.

Maybe try just cutting out 2 of your snacks (keeping supper) or try eating your last meal of the day a little later.

You could also see if taking some apple cider vinegar helps.

I am also low in iron and I am just managing to stay above the anemic range by taking an iron supplement. It plays havoc with my digestive system as well but nothing else has helped (and I tried taking vitamin c).
