I am not a "drinker", never been. I dislike the taste of coffee and alcohol. I usually just drink water or milk, of the (very) occasional GingerAle. If it could be that easy for food now...!

Hello! I am starting the No S today. I lost weight eating quite like this before (no S all the time) and experienced the freedom of the concept. No more calories counting, no weighing in a room full of people, not writing down every bite, not obsessing over what is right/wrong to eat, no money spent...
