Oh boy, your one year check in was inspirational! As oolala says, did you ever make it a solid year with any eating plan? I know I never have. It was just what I needed. Thanks! Been thinking, and I've got my goals sort of whittled down to just a few. 1) follow No S...but back to clean, low fat eating, and adding a big salad every day. 2) exercise every day except Sunday (credit for using the stairs ;)* 3) spend time outdoors, in stillness every day (as possible) 4) limit m...

aww too bad about being sick. Do you have any zinc? Take one every three hours when you first start feeling that little "tickle" and it'll stop it. I've been fighting my BF's cough for a few days now...seems to be working.

anyway, thank goodness, mom is there to care for you :) feel better!

Re: I Gained 5 Pounds my 1st month on No S - and that's okay

So I gained 5 pounds during my 1st month of No S and the weird thing (for me) is that I'm not freaking out AT ALL. I followed the No S Diet rules *exactly* but I over-indulged on the weekends (and that's putting it mildly - I actually crammed food in my cram hole until I felt sick for three weekend...
