"You will get fat..." (5-year report)

Hello everyone! I'm back to report that I've hit my 5-year No-S anniversary. In 2011 I was 162 pounds (I'm male) with a beer belly and I started doing No S for real. 1 year later I was 150 pounds, thin and strong. I'm happy to report that I'm still 150 pounds, thin and strong. I have successfully be...

It's been 4 years already since I decided to stick to NO S Diet for real and make it a lifelong habit. I started in january 2011. I have mantained a 10 pound loss all of these years (162 pounds; 152 now), enough to feel and look thin, strong, and don't worry anymore about diet and exercise. This pla...

By the way, I have a question that may not seem common in these boards but here it goes:

has anyone managed to gain muscle weight withing the Everydaysystems structure, once you lost fat? I mean, using NoS 3 meals and SG or maybe something else? Is this feasible without risking the good habits?

Hey everyone! Starting january I'll be posting here my eating and exercise updates, as a motivator to me and other people who want to check and share. I've followed no s eating guidelines for more than 3 years with good results and (most important) peace of mind. This year, however, I broke too many...

I can relate a lot to your experience, as the Seconds part was the 'problematic' one when I started. The factor that finally helped me to avoid failing so much with the secon...

Usually I add some squats after I finish every round of the "circuits". 20 reps.

But most of the time I jump rope for 10-15 minutes after the shovelglove session and I get lots of leg action.
