Breakfast: really nice omelet with ham, cheese, and avocado
Lunch: Veggie salad with leftover Mexican chicken, dressing, almond slices, fruit and yogurt
Dinner: probably a bowl of some kind at Moe's; last-minute camp shopping

EDIT: Success

Good Monday morning all! Quite a nice weekend, did my Zumba class on Saturday and yard work on Sunday, also keeping up with my 30 days of yoga (3 days to go to complete my goal!). Unfortunately I didn't spend the kind of time I should have getting organized over the weekend. So once again I'm approa...

It's hard to tell what makes the scale do stupid things. Sometimes if I've had an alcoholic drink the day before, or too much salt, i retain a little water. Great reaction to let it go and focus on the 21 day goal! You're doing a great job and having lots of success days, and long term it's going to...

Kaalii, so happy to hear your mood is rising. I'm also glad yoga helps you. Starting yoga was the best thing I ever did for my body and my mind. I'm doing Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga program during the month of June, and today was a very restorative practice day. Left me feeling very open and zen.

Y'ALL. I'm so proud of myself I just have to brag a teeny bit. Yesterday my eldest texted me at work asking me to stop at the store for some ingredients: ice cream, cake, candies, toppings. I brought them home and she made the most incredible looking dessert. And I asked her to cut off a slice, wrap...

Hi kaalii, I use the YouTube channel "Yoga with Adriene" for my morning yoga sessions, and I know she has at least one that is themed "yoga for PMS." If you ever want to try something new, I find her teaching to be very generous and kind for all levels, advanced to beginner like me.

So is that what your user name means, Vietnamese noodle salad of aluminum? LOL!!!

That dish sounds REALLY yummy--I like just about anything with peanut sauce. It's always nice when a day that's turned crummy turns around again before it's over. :)

Hi RAWCOOKIE, I'm also watching the election that's going on in the UK with great interest today. I hope...

I just marked yesterday as a fail day. I don't really like that word, but I'm trying to approach it from a "Spock-like" attitude of "Well, I did not succeed at following my plan 100% and therefore I failed to meet my goals." But I don't really consider the day a failure because I did follow my plan ...

I don't think a piece of pizza is as bad as some people like to make it out to be. I live in New York and even one of our gigantic cheese slices is only about 400-450 calories, so that plus some strawberries is not an unreasonable lunch! As long as it keeps you full til dinner and makes you feel sat...

Hi Haleybeaa, I'm also new and a re-gainer from My Fitness Pal. I got very obsessive logging my meals and once I eased up on that, about half my lost weight came back. I'm proud of us for taking back the reins before we let things go too far! We can do it together!

My first No S Monday, my first No S full week. I'm ready! I did go a little overboard on the Saturday, eating when I wasn't even hungry and paying very close attention to how I felt afterward...kind of sick, bloated, not "satisfied" just full. Yesterday was much better, had a dinner party with frien...

Back in the day when I was doing My Fitness Pal, I used a weight tracker app (Happy Scale? And I was the type that g...

Knitapeace's Daily Check-In

Hi everyone, I'm Cindy and I'm new here as of 2 days ago and I think I'd like to do a daily check in. Seems like there are a lot of supportive people on the boards, I'd like to be one too!
