I always think eating will help a headache, too...even though it never does unless I have skipped a meal in which case it's a signal that I need to eat. But I do tend to greet any bodily woe with a "hmm...you should probably have a bite."

Dang, it's hot this weekend in New Mexico.
I feel ya...it's hot in Texas, too, just an oven.

Good for you for deciding against the 10k...that kind of heat with exertion can really make you sick...

Hi -

I found this site in a link from "Eat Like A Normal Person." That approach really resonates, as does the S diet. I'd like to jump in today as Day 1 (and tomorrow and the next day are S days :) ), so here I go.
