Hey Berry!

Just a question. I'd like to have my diet include more fruits and veggies like yours. It seems your calorie count is very low - how do you feel? Does it really affect your weight? I'd be losing mad weight if I could eat like you! :) Do you feel very hungry?

Have a great day!

Sorry, let me explain! It's a term my slim husband uses. It just means eating to where you are 100% full - no more, no less. He can't imagine overeating because it's unnatural to him, food holds no appeal when he is 100% full. So I try to use that as a guideline at meals.

Hey Katie! Your bento looks soooo good! It's hard to tell how big the portions are...does it keep you satisfied? How is No S going?
Question - how is bento different from just packing tupperware containers? Is it the pretty display of food?

Anyways, enjoy Bulgaria! Are you going for a trip?

Yes, KEEP AT IT. Listen to me, I am telling you if you keep up no matter how hard you fail, you will get where you need to be. I am still failing all the time (embarassing, but true). In fact, I rarely, if ever, have green days regularly. But I am always trying, and rarely binge badly if I do screw ...

I did have a small binge yesterday. For the first time in a long time, I just felt....something....I don't know - unmotivated? I still to watch myself for emotional eating, a bad habit of mine I've somewhat learned to control.
