My favorite thing about no-s is threads like this.

It's so immensely gratifying to see an idea I came up with actually helping people in so many ways. I feel amazingly lucky that it popped into my head.

Thank you all!

I'd think of it like any other habit. Carve out a block of time and be religious about keeping it. Track it in the habitcal, maybe even. I don't think you need a full hour a day. Start with something more modest. I think long term, building such a "study habit" will get you much farther than mere cr...

Phayze, You've set a high bar with your previous videos, but I think this one is definitely up to that standard! Very clear, and way better than any version of the move I've tried myself. It's a very natural, uncontrived way of getting both some coordination and the legs into the picture in a big wa...

Funny thing... sometime making a LOWER minimum is the key to success. Yes! Humility is the key to productivity. It's funny that you mention meditation, which should be this relaxing thing, but people tend to be incongruously ambitious about it -- they stess about relaxing! Your three breaths is in ...

All I do is update my habitcal, usually once a week. As for the scale, it's pretty much just at the doctors office. If we had one, I'd probably step on it once in a while out of idle curiousity, but the children busted it.

Shelly -- you've built the habit of mealtime eating. That's huge. Sometimes that takes some extra large meals until you get a feel for how much it will take to see you through to the next one without breaking down. My guess is that slowly, without adding extra rules your meals will shrink as you dev...
