Vanilla is much more common among long-term users. Most people who use the mod successfully go through a period of several months NOT eating them on N days.

Just as point of information: it is very possible to get and stay heavy eating "healthy." I have lived in countries that had virtually no junk food, but there were plenty of chunky people. It was not considered a cultural virtue to eat moderately and stay slim. Slim and heavy people of both sexes we...

It depends a bit on how much you've been overeating on snacks, sweets, and seconds, and how soon your weekends calm down. It might be rushing things a bit, but you might as well start now. Results vary! In addition to Shovelglove, don't forget to add in walking or the equivalent. When you say that o...

I included it because the brand actually claims you can get the results in a 14-minute interval workout. I don't think they can beat a sledgehammer for price and convenience, though.

I agree it's not a mod, but just a natural progression. I think No S is supposed to help us appreciate hunger for our meals more and realize it's worth waiting for, even on S days, with exceptions...sometimes.

Browsed your thread. Glad to see that eating more slowly is helping. It's not official in No S, but I think Reinhard implies that it may be part of getting smarter about our meals, just as what we put on our plate can change over time. I was already a slower eater before, unless I was bingeing! I do...

Hope you are practicing eating slowly, chewing a lot, and enjoying your meals. I know it's not specific to No S, but it's helped me a lot over the years. That and increasing the freggies while I slowly reduced the volume of denser foods. It makes the meals last longer and I honestly prefer the range...

I suggest actually writing the list of motivations on a card and carrying it with you. Add in a few reasons you'd like to reduce your eating. I did this when I started 4 years ago and read the list every day for three months! It really helped.

Sounds like a good plan.

Remember that nothing can MAKE us pick up the food and eat it. It can make us WANT to, but that's not the same thing.

Good luck on preparing for your upcoming test.

Isn't it interesting how when the food is not all there to start, it's easier to have just a bit more of this or that? It's too complicated to keep track in memory and the body's sense of what is enough is elastic enough that we can accommodate more than we need.

That actually sounds a little strict. What will you do if it's dinner time and you're not hungry? However, if you get hungry often enough to be happy, then it could work. By experimenting, you'll find out. Theoretically, you're not doing a lot of eating on S days unless you're hungry. That's what th...
