Not sure anyone can help you here. I know many people have been able to gain weight by going on low-calorie diets repeatedly and then greatly overeating when they come off them.

90-day streak

Okay, after nearly 16 months of about 80% compliance on No S, but still never getting consistent with my exercise, and after countless times having the P90X infomercial on in the background, and now that it's daylight savings time, I finally decided to challenge myself with a 90 day streak. I put it...

Are you kidding? We're just happy for you that you're back.

I'm not beyond eye-rolling in private. But I'd be likely to use it for the extreme dieters. People who come back to No S are just sane!

You can't be the only one who has started over many times. You are one of the many to actually come back and report it. Remember, the ones who leave hardly ever come back to say they're gone or they've quit. Just keep trying. Get curious about what you can adjust. When do you usually cave? Could you...

Yeah, this morning I was thinking that even with No S, I think I still spend too much time dickering about this issue. Why won't thinking about food just go away? Then I thought I've never actually tried to make a practice of diverting my thoughts over and over to something else. It seems sad at mom...

90 days of No S, Urban Ranger, Shovelglove?

Updating this on Juyl 6 after mostly a bust of the attempt. I have ahd few failures on No S, but almost totally failures on exercise. I'm going to finish this out through July 13 and start a new thread on July 14 (Bastille Day!). Anyone is welcome to start anytime, either here and transfer with me o...

I don't know how long you've been doing this, but I recommend experimenting with breakfast and milk in between before adding a chew. I thought my big gap in the morning was going to be impossible, but protein and fat helped a lot. Fat is an easy way to add calories without a lot of bulk. (Remember? ...

I think one element that may be overlooked is the social aspect of their lives. I imagine there is a sense of homogeneity and support from the family system.
