I try to read the books movies have been based on after I see the movie. I'm always disappointed in the movies. It's how the story has been adapted or who they cast in the parts. Which reminds me...I'm currently reading Julia Child's My Life in France . Love it! I had Julie and Julia but realized I ...

I usually have one medium latte with skimmed milk from Starbucks everyday to tide me over between meals. I wonder now if that's too much? :? Maybe I should make it a small latte? I started to say "don't worry about it" but decided to check out the calories: Short (8 ounces) -- 70 Tall (12 ounces) -...

Re: Why the Starbucks prohibition?

Yes, coffee and tea, even with sugar added, milk, and juice are allowed between meals. Sugary drinks like sodas, most coffee drinks from Starbucks and similar places are not allowed. My small skimmed milk decaff cappucino from Starbucks isn't very different from a coffee that I'd make at home. Does...

I'm definitely a non-breakfast eating morning person. Even though I don't work any longer, I'm always up at 6 and often earlier.

I never set a goal weight. I figured that if I was eating well my body would find the weight that was best. I'm older and taller than you.
