Nice LAM, yummy food, all good otherwise, and I completely agree about the NWS days. Also, the spirit was not to spend money on superfluous things like lattes, right? So you stuck to that ;)

Hi Chani, I think you're doing really well with everyone, even if it doesn't always look it :) As for other people giving to you: I once read an article that changed my whole philosophie around this. It basically said: "Light your own ********* candles". It's not other people's responsibility to fil...

Yesterday: NoS Success - all green. My boyfriend is "juicing" every morning so I am getting delicious fresh smoothies as breakfast . Hopefully my metabolism will catch on soon that the winter-porridge days are over. Lunch was a delicious Cucumber, Feta, cranberry, pumpkin seed oil salad with tortill...

Thank you Minimizer! I'm in too... For my holiday N days, I'll aim for 3 meals a day and one or two desserts/sweets per day (yep, excessive but if you know about the Austrian cakes) and for Easter no rules apply. 1 N Green 2 N Green 3 N Green 4 N Green 5 S- Day perma-snacking 6 S- Day ok S day, even...

Funnily, I just commented on another thread that I wouldn't give too much weight to Monday weigh-ins. They are likely to measure water retention and volume in the stomach. If I count one weigh in daily (I actually always take an average and weigh daily but care most about...) it would be Wednesday, ...

I wouldn't worry about Monday weigh-ins too much. It's mostly water retention in my experience. I weigh myself daily, however, I subconsciously pay most attention to my Wednesday weight as it's right bang in the middle.

You're doing well! 21st Day :)

It would definitely be helpful to others! What you said about the other benefits of NoS resonates with me deeply. I feel that is the best part of NoS.

When I have a low day I always look at the testimonial pages to see that it can be done and from all you're saying: it can be done brilliantly :)

If you don't choose to make Thursday an S day, you might just give it some special attention... plan a really nice dinner, with maybe some fruit to finish it off. Brush your teeth right after and take a bubble bath or do something else relaxing to occupy yourself and take your mind off food. Maybe ...

Hi Skipper,
I never ate breakfast before NoS. After doing the 1 plate a day for dinner only for a while I started waking up quite hungry. I have a light breakfast now every morning to tie me over to lunch.

Hope you find a way to making it work for you!

Mimi, this is awesome! First of, you look stunning and happy, which is lovely to see. Second, I think your post is testimonial worthy! Third, delighted to hear of a long-term NoSer who sticks to vanilla with no mods.

You rock! Thanks for inspiring us to stick to it.
