Wow, so I am finally at my pre-December weight again. That IE trial was by far the stupidest thing I've done, although I love to take December off and just enjoy the festive season. I'll have to think hard next time how to mod in December. As for yesterday: NoS Special S Day - went to a musical and ...

Welcome! Very admireable goals! I think for your brownie failure: well, apart from it not being that big of a deal in my books, it might be worth talking with your boyfriend about this and getting his support so there would be some brownie left :) Also, if you haven't done so already, I'll never gro...

Sounds like you have it figured out :) Mmh, dried fruit. Only two and a half N days to go and you'll have your hands full so snacking would be difficult anyways.

They seemed to be in favour of the "starches in the morning, anything you like for lunch, and no starches in the evening thing." Aka howcanIgooneatingtoomuch. Hahahahaha! Hilarious! Yeah, so far I have always use the "outlast-them" strategy for cravings, specifically: My number one hit: take a bath - I love it and my body seems happy in hot water and forgets about sweets. Number two hit: tea - sometimes with milk, sometimes without, depending on the kind. However, if a protein ...

I had the same experience - after starting NoS I suddenly realised all the sweet treats and general snacking being thrown at me and being around me. The other day I laughed out loud when it culminated in an advertisment for snacks for cats. I don't need to perma-snack as it is the case all around me...

NoS is also based on how many of the "slim" cultures live. So all of Southern Europe completely defies this 7pm rule. Italy, Spain, France,...
