It's way easier when you have someone to help you who is motivated. Your sister must have been delighted!

I hope they win! But nice to hear that they care enough to have a struggle in the first place - at least I get the reason of the crazy one a little bit and it's not just some weird policy that makes it hard.

Well done on days on habit!

I'm very sorry to hear about your friend and also your other news. It is very hard to feel like this about your photos. If at all possible, please focus on doing kind things for yourself as the biggest enemy of losing weight is self-hatred (with all it's milder forms). I sabotaged my own efforts so ...

Thank you aspencer, tessy, and heather! I had a bizarre weekend. My best friend was over in the UK with us. She is beautiful, super skinny - model like really. But I have never been so frustrated with anyone trying to find something to eat (mainly we stayed in so we could cook for ourselves). Finall...

Hi Klutzy, A good relationship with food is probably the biggest benefit I got through NoS as it lead to a great relationship with myself and how I think about my body so well done you for this weekend! I would have been upset about that treat ha! I recommend what ironchef said, although personally ...

Lol Mitchelll. For me it's when I feel I HAVE to do these things because of something else, like looking thin. When I focus on enjoyment I can go for a long time.

Sounds like hard work iron but I bet it will feel even better when those bigger things are done. I had a good weekend: went through the freezer and the fridge, as well as the main cupboard and threw out all food that wasn't eatable anymore. The fridge is obviously a very regular thing but the freeze...

I like the N day that became a NWS day :) that sounds like an ideal S day to me too. Unfortunately, my S days sometimes still look like your Saturday (and way too often) where I feel unwell from too much sugar.

I'm all for LAM :) Also, I started knitting a snood again (that time of the year and much to the horror of my boyfriend who didn't have the pleasure yet). It's great because it keeps my hands busy so no snacking during TV time.

Wow, amazing news all-year round. So Friday nights didn't work for me so I do vanilla NoS with one exception: I start them on Friday nights. For me Friday night is the weekend, it's when the relaxation starts. As I also go to a dance class on Friday I don't have too much time to mess things up but o...

Sorry about your wallet- I can see how this can happen!

Your partner's bday sounds extremely yummy! And I wouldn't worry too much about Monday - on the grand scale of things one extra S day a few times a year won't sabotage you.

Great idea to bring what you like - funnily I just commented on someone else's thread about that.

And well done! Enjoy the freedom.
