I think you're dealing well with your anxiety. I have anxious periods and when I do I try to establish healthy safety valves and cleaning certainly counts. Hope your hormones balance soon!

Welcome back and congrats on maintaining! From all the feedback from parents on this side it seems a lot easier to do NoS during the academic period. As long as you maintain in the breaks - that's perfect :)

Good he's not a hoarder! I know I drive my boyfriend mental when he's busy and I have "another one" of my projects :) My decluttering went well on the weekend! I don't do much during the week but there isn't that much clutter that is visible - it's all stored away :D But beware who opens the drawers...

Hmmm. Maybe you can discuss the 20/20 rule with him? If you can get in in 20 minutes and it costs less than 20 Dollars than you can throw it out? It's so hard. I wouldn't want to live with boxes around. Maybe you can put his stuff in his space/way? See if he finds it annoying enough to get rid of it...

Thank you aspencer and Heather! Auto and worth it: If I had known how happy they make me I would have gotten kittens 10 years ago :) And the best thing about them is that they want more cuddles the older they get! The only two things I wish I had a solution for are: How to stop them from clawing my ...

Well done Tessy and welcome back!

I always concentrate on one meal-period at a time. It's overwhelming to think longer. But I CAN do Breakfast-Lunch, Lunch-Dinner, Dinner-Breakfast without eating. And I make the meals as delicious as possible so I enjoy them as well!

I bring the most tempting things to work on Monday and give it to the reception girls. The really appreciate it (and somehow manage to make 4 cookies stretch a week) and it gets them out of my house.

Also: I want to work at your place too! Employee Appreciation Month!!!! Definitely worth an S.

Well done Heather! No eating after dinner is also the one I struggle with most. Even when I am sailing through a green N week I always have that one day or two where I find it really hard at night. Thankfully now my struggle lasts about 5 minutes but I remember when I started where I literally had t...

Your taste will definitely adjust. I never quit it completely but just by not eating sweets during the week I know that I now find fruit extremely sweet while at the beginning of NoS (coming off daily 100g minimum of chocolate) I found them more savoury than sweet.

It's great to get the discarded items out of the house ironchef! This weekend I finally got to do my room - meaning my clothes. Getting the winter clothes down and changing them for the summer clothes is like getting lots of new clothes. I completely forgot that I had some of them! And I tossed a fa...

Hi Worth it, seems like there's some progress with all these insights and your plan. Moderate dietary defaults make a big difference! When I lost most of my weight on NoS I ate lots of soups and salads. More by accident than anything but still. As for meeting your friend I have something to consider...

Congratulations on not giving into the What The Hell (WTH) Effect! That's a brilliant step and probably the one thing that made me lose weight - not having no fails but containing the fails. I also stopped classifying it as a fail. Somehow that triggered me or made me very tired of my systems. Now I...
