Did get in exercise on Monday, just my PT stretches today. Okay on food... honestly, No-S is reminding me to get some nourishment at reasonable hours.

Coffee (with milk) during my drive, starting about 6:15
Breakfast - about 8:30, after I reach my desk
(There's a gym workout in there too - it's not all commute!)
Lunch - 12:00 ish
Dinner - 6:30 ish

On at-home days, breakfast is about 7:30 or so.
