Marleah, I was very proud of doing the 5Ks, but disappointed that my completion of the Cto5K program didn't actually result in my ability to run the whole 5k. Buttercreampillow, When I get bummed by the scale, I look at other metrics. Measurements. How my clothes fit. Energy levels. Building habit! You can make real progress that doesn't show on the scale.
