You compare how you feel after a day like Saturday to how you feel on an N Day, and you gravitate over time to the N Day behavior. I'm not there yet, but I hope to be someday. Tuesday was not a good day in terms of habits. I got up at 5:00 AM to leave by 6 for a meeting in another city. When I got back, I had another session at 6:15 PM.
