Oh, and my "take away" from this experience is "eat satisfying meals." I have no doubt that if I'd had a better breakfast, the spread would have been far less tempting.

Another thought - are you taking your S-days? They really do make a difference in keeping you from getting discouraged. Folks who try to "tough through" them usually end up cracking at some point....
