Youtube of my Son Richards Sax performance last month :)

Hi everyone! I just uploaded a video yesterday to youtube of my Son Richies most recent concert. Please come check it out if you are inclined. It's an improvisation on Summertime. I would say two is too much because prepackaged flavoured oats have usually got added sugar..
But if it's plain, maybe that would be okay.
Better to have some extra nuts, fresh fruit and raisins and milk to beef it up.

Hi Bright Angel :) It's great to see how successful you have been in sticking to the habits and goals you are setting for yourself. I would just forget the whole need to change or even mention snacking anymore, because in your case, you are keeping the calories in check by sticking to a food plan an...

Hi "Would you Eva" :)
Think about it.
That is a good loss, considering this is not a crash diet.
Keep it up!!
I wish I could say I lost ten pounds since December.
Sadly I have gained about that much.
Be patient and stay positive!

Well Rene! Hopefully both our HabitCal's will be less patchwork looking for this month!
I will post my results on Success and Failures on my own thread weekly as part of your challenge!

Oh, btw, do you keep a Habit Cal for NoS? That is the best tool I have found for keeping myself honest. This morning btw, I ate three small bites of leftover birthday cake that was in the freezer.. Even though I had a perfect day on NoS till then for Tuesday, I decided to mark it as a failure becaus...

Good luck Rene! Just put your food on a plate and don't snack. Even if you have the chips and chili and call them a meal, that's better than unconsciously stuffing snacks in. Congratulations for breaking the cycle of denial. No matter how "cute" that word "snitch" or any other for that matter (ie: "...

Hi Marleah :) I like what you wrote in your last post. Good for you! NoS is awesome in so many ways isn't it?? I have to say, you are already quite light relatively speaking, so you will probably enjoy NoS a lot, because as a weight loss diet it is enjoyable and healthy, and very much geared towards...

Hey Winnie, thanks for that great link! I just fixed the restart problem. Well I never use that program an...

Thanks Winnie! .. I'll check the forum about the shut down problem. This is a fairly new machine. But it got hit with a few viruses last year when the protection expired, and I think it buggered the Windows to be honest. The battery could be something, but I'm too lazy at the moment to open this up....

I just had my second really decent walk for the month. It's so gorgeous out!! :) I will be so happy when I can whittle myself down to a lighter weight. I think personally, it would be enough for people to record their successes and not necessarily have to post their weight loss.
This can be very discouraging for those who are battling with slow loss or no loss.
But a little challenge is always good!
I wish you luck Rene! :D

Well, thought I'd throw this out here as the leader of Everyday Systems is a computer programmer and there are probably lots of very informed "geeks" available to give advice. Hi Reinhard :) Yeah, it's kinda saving just a little bit of money, but it would save some, considering if the person would want to upgrade to a 12 lb hammer. 8 would be preferable.
If so please pm me :)

Yeah well, adapting to changes in diet was what I was responding to from Vintage's post before.. I agree that it's abusive to our bodies to consume lots of crap. Yep I second the massages suggestion! It does help if you get moderately deep tissue work on a regular basis. I am a massage therapist, btw. It's amazing how these fluids build up in our tissues. That's what causes the cellulite to show.. The extra water retention in the tissue. So the more flushing...
