Hi MJN :) Thanks for checkin on me! I saw your thread here the other day and the mention of your walking and the fact that you were from Iowa, so I couldn't figure out why I didn't remember your name here. Have you changed it? I was so sick for so long that I totally stopped walking for that time. I...

And it's great that you like it without sugar, but if you want you can put sugar in it.
NoS Diet only restricts foods with lots of sugar for the S days, ie: candy, cake, soda, fake fruit drinks sweetened with corn syrup, etc...

Good luck Debbie.

Hi Kathleen :) I am sorry about the little setback. You haven't really mentioned about what you overdid it on. You have only mentioned the weight gain, which I am pretty sure will level off in a few days of being good again, so don't worry bout it too much. I am sure it will become apparent to you w...

Hi Winnie, I'd say you are onto something here and that was an interesting observation about how it feels a bit harder to do a whole side at a time. I'd say that you are right in your observation that you are indeed getting a harder workout this way, because the repetitions on one side are more and ...

Hi Noel, I just wanted to pop in here and say I hope that you feel better and that you manage to ride out your bad patch here. Going to make today an N day. Haha!! Well keep at...

Re: Jerry's check in

I am going on 5 weeks, have had no failures and have lost 20lbs. I still have a long way to go, so I modified my "s" days to 1 on the weekend. I am exercising intermittently, but not as often as I would like. Hi Jerry! I am late in responding to you here, but wanted to say a belated welcome and fan...

Hi, I don't think there's any reason you should get any dirty looks for not wanting to over eat.
Just ask to serve yourself and don't worry about it.

Hi friends :) I thought I'd pop in and update on the NoS front here.. Don't beat yerself up!
Hugs and feel better!

We have the panasonic lumix and it's very good but you do have to read alot to learn how to use the different functions.
Great stabilising function on it tho, and the pix are really high quality.

One thing that is helping me right now is reviewing the following adage every morning. Lather, rinse, repeat, as they say. So wh...
