Are you eating enough during your meals or are they insufficient to really get you to the next one?
I always try to include some fruits and vegetables and a little protein at all meals.
Howfunisthat made good suggestions.
Good luck!

Hi Betty, just curious why Sundays aren't S days for you?
They seem to be the one day of the week that should be a mental wind down.
Hope you can bounce back and come back strong!

S day Snobbery :)

Haha I just wanted to share a funny moment today. I had to go and use the facilities at a Dunkin donuts today, whilst out doing some shopping.. So of course I bought a donut.. But when I got into my car and started eating it, it was so awful. It was a bit stale and greasy and tasted like eating hard...

Please keep it in perspective Melissa and don't panic! You are doing great! I have one failure on average a week and I just move on.. Great to be strict, which you are obviously, but no need for guilt here. Man now I want cookies! LOL :) Have a nice day and be very proud of your nine weeks on habit!...

I just felt like putting this on the general page instead of my thread because it's an idea that Reinhard has mentioned throughout the years I have known him, and it happened to me last night. Thanks to my buddy, JWL, I have the link to the pedometer site.
Very cool.
Apparently I walked 2.55 miles today.
I think I must have been doing about 1.5 before today.
