Here's another thought.. Maybe it's the type of food you have, or don't have around which is making you feel this way.. If I have some cut up fruit, like pineapple or cantelope and some cheese and nice bread, or a small muffin, all ready to go, with no fuss involved then I'd eat in the morning.. But...

Physiologically, I totally agree with Thompsonspier, but mentally, I don't. LOL... I'm the same, unless I have some activity to do in the morning... Then my hunger starts up right away! But when I'm not hungry, all I want is my coffee, and looking at food isn't even appealing. You could retrain your...

I was "stuck" at about 12 lbs down, for the first 7 months, and I remember the frustration, but I really would have been crushed if I gained it back, and I didn't... By the end of my first year I made it to being down, something like 17-20 lbs! And,,,, I've really been a "half essed" NoS'ser for 75%...

Shell, would Wally consider trying to be on your NoS schedule for S days? Maybe you could explain how helpful it would be to you? My son does NoS with me, and when I let him slack on the rules, I seem to give myself license to screw up too. But overall, he and I are on the same page, and not only do...

I seem to be stuck at about 93kg at the moment. But it's well down on where I started! That's really what is important to focus on, to keep up your motivation!!! Yay M!!! Me too, stuck for a little while. And I've been losing more slowly this year. But I have to factor an extended birthday, two SF ...

Yay!!! Great responses folks!!! I'm so happy you all wrote :) Glad you liked it Rein! Thanks a lot Babe! LOL.. I really do appreciate it! My Dad is well situated for now... He got admitted and has a private room, with a phone, and I talked to him about half hour ago... He sounded okay... Today has gone very well, with the exception of a little unplanned S.. I had a small glass of lem...

The "I didn't gain back my weight" Club
Well, even though this isn't as catchy as the now, not so exclusive 21 (Day) Club, created by Kevin Blanc, in honor of people here who successfully passed the 21 days on habit challenge, I think it's a worthwhile post at least... Maybe it'll become a club too! For those of you who wish to crow about...

Thanks for mentioning that Opera babe :) I had a friend a long time ago who did some extreme dieting.. You know the typical shakes etc... Well he lost about 60 lbs in three months or something crazy... But as I recall, he gained every last pound back very soon after... Unless you totally abandon NoS...

Better to waste two dollars of chips than keep screwing up... We aren't bringing those into the hous...

Oh hey Sue! I didn't mean I was gonna stop posting all together... LOL... I just mean that in terms of diet, I will only mention the funny stuff to keep myself honest and on track, but obviously, if I am in a writing mood, I'll keep writing the good stuff too.. What I guess I mean is that I want to ...
