Moving is one of the most underestimated intense workouts, and it's easy to overdo it...
No wonder you feel like you did a marathon!!! LOL..

Keep it up :)

Dear Sue, I agree with Phil about this issue... S days are automatic successes! They really should be restriction and *judgement* free, in my opinion... If we try to overly control those, it takes the fun out of them.. I know you have had lifelong "control" issues, and I would love to see you just "...

This is from Reinhard's homepage :) What if I am an idiot and insist on following the letter of the law but breaking it in spirit by (say) eating a gallon of ice cream every S-day and counting my second cousin's hamster's birthday as an S-day? Then I can't help you. You will be fat and die young. Se...

Dear Shell, do what you need to do, but I have to really emphasize that cutting out your S days, instead of looking forward to them, is probably not going to be productive. Use them to help you on N days, and then, just try your best to not go nuts on S days. Eliminating them completely doesn't solv...

Hey Reinhard and everyone! I'm gonna try Weekend Luddite out.. My personal rules will be: No Internet surfing, and endlessly checking emails, or IM'ming during the hours of 10:30 till 4:00... I might even apply this during the week as well, if I am finding it easy to do on the weekends... But I want...

Hi Sue :) LOL! Well we actually had a bunch of junk food and some ice cream yesterday, but today we had an official celebration dinner out, just us two, for Indian food, and then we got a cheesecake for the "cake" a day late! Today was Richies last day of school, so we made today an S day too! :wink...

Here's another thought.. Maybe it's the type of food you have, or don't have around which is making you feel this way.. This is about honoring your efforts, even when they aren't perfect, and focusing, not, on the negative, but more on the positive!!!!

I was "stuck" at about 12 lbs down, for the first 7 months, and I remember the frustration, but I really would have been crushed if I gained it back, and I didn't... By the end of my first year I made it to being down, something like 17-20 lbs! And,,,, I've really been a "half essed" NoS'ser for 75%...
