I am sure medicinal tangerines aren't a habit you should be worried about forming... You can easily eat four of those a day without it interfering with losing weight... Yesterday was a success.. I made pancakes and eggs for breakfast/brunch... Had some blueberry jelly on top of them.. Yum! I usually apply the "If it's less than 25 calories a serving" rule to sugar based foods which are borderline, to decide..
Also, I would consider how many times a day you are having it..
