Yay Cynthia!!!! That's a great victory!!! Looking at other diets at this point is like saying... "Even though I know the truth about diets, I'm going to just keep lying to myself that that can work" No one really wants to lie to themselves once they have discovered a profound truth... NoS is the tru...

That's great Cynthia! I've had that happen too.. It's a shock eh? LOL... This is kind of what I mean by doing NoS 80%... It still works, because the way we ate before, presumably, was so much more unconscious... So even when we aren't perfect, it has a big impact... Big spluges, relative to our N da...

I've read through lots of newcomers' posts, and there seems to be a consistent desire to make this harder, or more complicated, or to try to polish it to a finer degree than necessary. It's kind of entertainment for those of us that have been doing it for a while. You're not the first to wonder why...

Well.. If you stick to NoS, you can eat fast food and still lose weight and not end up with hepatiti...

But it's pretty amazing how cutting out that in between snacking has pushed you off into a new weight realm! I am sure you don't have a flesh eating disease! LOL.. NoS just really works...
