Good NoS day today folks! :) Had 2 cups of coffee, half a banana three whole wheat crackers and one slice of american cheese for breakfast.. Lunch was four large stuffed mushrooms Dinner was two chicken legs and pasta with sauce... Pineapple for dessert! Also had a small glass of chocolate soymilk.....
