After 23 days I feel totally in control - I have not screwed with the formula at all and I don't have to think about it other than to daydream about what I am going to eat for the next meal. I feel better, I look better, my attitude with food is better and more enjoyable. Why would you give that up...

Hey guys! I had a chocolate ice cream yesterday... No good excuse, but I will say that the stress of not having enough work is really putting me through major bad changes... Still, instead of getting a pint of Haagen Daz (my first thought) I said, let's just get individual ice cream bars... I...

You know, Daisy, this really should be one of the main selling points of NoS... I have often stepped on the scale sometime after a week of "moderate" eating with, even a few screw ups, to find I haven't gained... It's such a comfort when that happens... I have never, in over a year, had any substant...

Fluid in particular can flood back on in no time once the diet is over. No-S is slow and steady because it only gets the fat, the fluid and muscle isn't touched as you aren't disturbing your normal body routine too much. Hey there Phil! Though it is a bit hard to actually peer into our own bodies a...

Hi Annolope! Good luck! I'm not sure if you are doing any exercise at all? I would say that NoS is really a type of weight loss plan that must be combined with some daily activity... Try that out for size and stick with it! You will figure out how to shake up your body and lose the weight.. How over...

Work is stressful, home life is stressful and I've been eating everything under the sun. At least I now realize how much of my eating is stress-induced. I paid lip service to that idea but never REALLY believed it. I do now. The first step is awareness.... You are on the way! My advice to you at th...
