Hi worth ! Been so busy so just catching up on your thread. First of all the mirrors at target suck so just put that out of your head. Secondly, I’m struggling a bit too. I just want to be thin like yesterday so I can just feel good about myself already but will I ever reach a place I can feel goo...

Yay for low blood sugar! Looks like your weight is steadily coming down too. Congrats on dry day #1. I’m looking forward to joining you in Sept. We’re having a big party in a couple of weeks and going away at the end of the month so I’m trying to be realistic.

You’re doing great. 💜

Ugh, I can relate to the mom thing. My mom doesn’t really criticize me directly but her constant remarks about how she ate too much and checking calories on things (even though she’s now v thin) is a bit triggering for me. I think you're a saint for putting up with your mom. I’m glad she’s h...

Got in late last night. Had so much fun and we’re treated like royalty. The good news is I maintained my weight but the bad news is I totally overdid it today. I was triggered by my moms visit as well as seeing a picture of myself in a bathing suit. Ugh, I know it’s totslly superficial but I’d...

Thanks all for the well wishes! It’s the last day of our holiday and it’s been amazing. I’ve eaten and drank ALOT, but also really upped my activity level. Still I’m pretty sure I’m up 5-10 lbs. I haven’t been fasting much. Maybe 12-16 hrs a day at the most but hopefully whatever I put o...

Good timing as I’m at a resort with probably 75% French people and man are they skinny! I do not see a lot of overweight people and their kids make my size 0 children hefty. They do dress super chic too for the most part so all those stereotypes seem to be holding up. Not the friendliest lot of pe...

Hey don’t feel shame! I’m in the same boat nd was suppose to detox for seven days before my trip. I made it 3 days! 😊 such is life. I read that it’s actually more important to have some non-drinking days than not having some days of overindulging. So I’m aiming for no alcohol M-th. Realis...

Oh boy two nights of heavy eating right before vacation does not seem like the best plan. I might just fast all day tomorrow or eat very light. Hi Soprano— Not a bad idea but I’m going on vacation next week so think I’ll try something like that then. For now I’m hanging in there although did an extra long window tonight which I think I needed. I definitely ate more than I usually do but my ability to overeat has greatly diminished. ...
