Welcome and sorry you're at such a low point. We've all been there for sure. Nos is the only way out of it as far as I've been able to tell. I know the weekend bingeing doesn't feel good but technically you're still within the NoS rules so it's okay. S days eventually sort themselves out for most of...

You're doing so well, I don't know that I'd want to mess with things either. That's just me though, the whole fasting thing just does not appeal to me. Why would I want to eat less often than I already do? How is that moderation? I guess I'm just confused but maybe I don't understand all the benefit...

Oh there are plenty of tasty raw vegan meals but I just finding it too limiting. Vegan cooking is the perfect amount of limits for me. At least you're not going raw. That's a real crowd pleaser. Lol, oolala I promised, promised my family to never go that route. I don't see that happening but then again I never thought I'd go vegan either. Today went really well but I'm exhausted. We got up super early to go pick up our dogs from t...

Just noticed reinhard's idea for 1/2 fries; 1/2 salad when eating out. I love fries but always feel like I should get the salad. Brilliant !

Also for anyone wanting to track alcohol, it been using Saying When app and am finding it super helpful/motivating.

You can do this even if you have to white knuckle it a few weeks (I did in the beginning). Unlike other diets which get harder, this will get easier. The emotional payoff of having peace with food will be so worth it and you might just lose some weight in the process.

You got this!

Yes I think that the hope is that the N day habits will carry over to S your S days so, if that's happening to you, it's a positive sign! A lot of us, including me, have the opposite problem of permasnacking all day. It's not very fun after awhile and I've had to implement some structure. So I'd say...
