I agree you don't need a whole ' other S day but I don't know if you need to torture yourself either. I'd probably pick a limit of 3 or 4 cookies and stick to it. Hi Nat! It didn't taste like cheese but had the same creaminess & texture as a cheese sauce with the nice subtle sunflowery taste. I think soaked cashews used in a similar way taste more cheese-like.
