Or sometimes I'll just do an S event and pick a time frame like 3-5 for it and keep rest of the day normal. Do what'll work best for you!...

In my Buddhist for mothers book it says we shouldn't feel guilty for having first world problems because the very nature of being human means we will have our struggles. The pain is still very real. I'm not saying it as well as my book (and am too darn lazy to get out of bed to look for it) but hope...

Nice work!

Absolutely exhausted. Have more problems with our rental property & it's just so stressful. I think we should just sell it as a loss at this point. Anyway, need to try not to stress. Looking forward to Next week. My mom & mil are coming and we're going out of town for a night so that should be fun. ...

Love your oolala quotation leafy! Really gets to the heart of it huh? I'd also add it doesn't make you a crazy neurotic obsessive person like traditional dieting does in fact, for me it did quite the opposite. NoS is my sanity! As far as exercise goes, I exercised very intensely in the beginning of ...

I relate to the difficulty of dinners. I don't have the problem of timing too much except on my daughters soccer practice nights. I do a crockpot night on her Tuesday night practice & a leftover night on the other night. Mainly I have to deal with everyone's different dietary needs/wants. Planning m...

Keep plugging away for sure!

Hi Ginger! It's funny because that mom actually does know me. In fact I invited four of my daughter's friends and their moms for a pre-trick-or-treat dinner and she was one of them. Oh yes many of us here have had terrible experiences with intuitive eating! NoS was the first time maybe ever that I felt normal around food. It was such a relief. The weight loss came later but the emotional rewards have been tremendous.

I definitely don't wait to eat till I'm hungry. I have break as soon as I can In the morning, lunch at 12-1230 and dinner time anytime between 6-8. You will train your body to be hungry at those times even if you're not originally hungry, but it won't take long.

Gl--you can do this!
