No need to stress about S days yet! It's normal to go a little wild on unstructured days at first & pretty much par for the course when you start having a string of green days. Kinda like when you first go off to college and go a little crazy with your new found freedom. But that gets old after awhi...

A lot of ppl have a glass of wine or beer with dinner so don't sweat it. I think Reinhard himself has a glass ceiling for alcohol which means he allows himself no more than 2 drinks/day ever. Oh let me know if you guys try it. Zoe asked for the pasta in her lunch today so definitely a winner in this house. Iron: my puppies pretty much won't leave me alone till I walk them at this point. Luckily they know the difference between the weekend & weekday so mommy gets to sleep in tomorrow. Wor...

Break: breakfast burrito, grapes, 1/4 HM (Homemade) granola bar, mocha Lunch: chicken curry sandwich, yogurt, 1/4 HM granola bar, nect...

Ooh I've been wanting to make zucchini bread for awhile. Maybe I'll get to it this weekend. Sorry you had a couple disappointments with your food today but looks pretty well balanced. Btw, I never know what to order at Jamba Juice! Will be so nice not to have to eat out so much. I really enjoy home ...

Thx heather! I'm hoping the rowing machine is the issue otherwise I guess I'll have to break down & go to the doctors. The irony I know! By all means steal away iron! If I find a good website for putting it all together, I'll let you know! Thank you worth! Feels really good to be getting stronger. I...

I actually think that's a great plan! There's nothing inherently wrong with sugar IMO. There's plenty of non-sugary foods that have as many calories as sugary ones so I think it's fine to have a sweet item a day. You have to have a livable plan for you. For me I have to have my mochas so I let mysel...

Yay sounds like you're on the right track! Isn't it funny how sometimes the answer is right in front of our noses? I've been having this back pain forever and it finally dawned on me today that I started having it around the same time I started rowing--doh! Good luck with finding the right amount fo...

Yay I'm so excited for you! You're smart to wait a little in between kids. My girls are exactly 2 years apart & was tough at times. Good idea to stay flexible with nos during pregnancy. I loved how I didn't stress about my food/eating during pregnancy. I seemed much more able to eat instinctively & ...

Yay!!! I love this and think it'd be a great template for other testimonials. I hope you see how much you've accomplished now that's it's all down on "paper" so to speak. I also appreciate your honesty about your struggles but agree with iron. Thinness does not equal happiness no matter what it look...

Thanks so much for sharing about your mom Sonya! I spent a lot of time cooking with my mom too and it's something we still enjoy doing. It's pretty cool that I now get to pass on what I know to my girls. Hi worth it, good to know about the soreness although strangely he hasn't had any pain. He defin...

Thanks Heather & iron! Iron thx for noticing my increase in exercise. Feels so good to be getting back in shape! Today was good. Finally came up with an S day rule that makes sense for me which is simply no mindless snacking. Seems obvious but finally realized that's what really makes S days unpleas...

Phew..what a day! Had a good meeting with the principal. Without going into it too much, sounds like we're all on the same page so I'm feeling very comfortable with the situation. On the downside, DH got rear-ended pretty hard. Thank god he's okay but his truck has some damage. Anyway, glad it's the...

Of course you should! Losing 8 lbs when your already at the low end of your weight range (a weight I'd kill for btw) is no small feat. Not to mention how many difficult parent dilemmas you've been able to solve oh yeah and saving a ton of money on top of it all. Aren't most diets costly & time consu...

Totally understand auto! I didn't even bother to write a testimonial. I feel like I've learned so much about myself this year but really feel like I need another good year for concrete results. It's been an interesting journey if nothing else. For the record you've been an inspiration to me & many o...
