Today I reduced yogurt (and therefore also the berries) and stayed below 110, so that was progress (normally I go up to about 120-125 after my lunch). This is fantastic!What you really need to do pick ANY reasonable diet that feels right for you and stick with it until you master it... until you can follow its rules without bingeing and/or overeating.
