I love that you call your runs "parkruns". It just has a great ring to it.
Nettee - my sister visited on Sunday and we went on a 40 minute - no stop - run! I couldn't believe I could even do that, since I'm so used to my walk/jogs.
Maybe eventually I'll be a real runner.

In my classes, I have students set study goals for themselves and also sleep goals (with a specific bedtime). I tell them to take their sleep just as seriously as their study time. Good luck getting that rest that your body needs.

Hi again Elizabeth! I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes a little over a year ago, so I also check my blood glucose pretty regularly. I like seeing the direct impact of various meals on my blood sugar; it motivates me to make better food choices.
