Re: automated eating tracker

Linda - I feel so much more PRODUCTIVE when I don't drink. I am tentatively optimistic that the pleasure of how much better I'm feeling without alcohol will become a motivator for moderation. Simmstone just talked about pleasure as a moderator for NoS over on his thread. But generally, as you know, ...

Can you remind me when your normal bedtime is?
And can you also remind me why you can't just eat normal-sized meals at regular intervals, e.g. 9am, 2pm, 7pm?
I'm sure it's your schedule, but I don't remember the conflict.

Re: Margot's daily check-in - 2019

I think doing some regular indoor movements, stretches, etc. would be a good starting exercise.

And, as you said, once your knees feel a bit better nothing really beats walking for easy, available, cheap, and gentle.

As I was reading your (very interesting) post, I realized that I virtual plate regularly, zero guilt. I guess because the entirety of the meal was planned out, and I generally eat the same stuff, so I know how much I need. Sometimes I overdo it, but most of the time I don't, and we are learning and ...

Margot, if you ARE hungry between meals in these early weeks, it's totally OK to have a glass of milk, or tea, or coffee to get you through. Just want to put that out there in case it comes up. I've also toyed with the idea of fasting for health purposes (joints being my biggest thing). But I am sor...
