I really really think you can do this!

3 meals a day - eat 'til you're full - eat stuff you like. Look forward to meals, feel proud of your accomplishments.

If and when you break the rules, mark it and move on. Just consider it data collection for your long-term success.

I also am hungriest in the morning. I do actually get hungry for dinner, but if I eat at 5pm, I'm good for the night. (LOL, unless there is some junky and highly palatable food tempting me)

Your schedule sounds really hectic with the evenings at events. That must be hard to eat well, but you do such a fantastic job. And I hope kiddo enjoys a nice meal for dinner, too. :-)

Welcome to reasonable and sane moderation! I hope you enjoy keeping this daily journal of your journey.
I too am short (5'2''), so I can relate to some of the specific struggles of being petite and realizing that it doesn't take much food for me to gain weight! But I have loved NoS for 5 years.

Just how much caffeine are you drinking? LOL, I don't mean to take it too lightly but even up to 4 cups a day is probably not that bad for you. Bringing it down from that to maybe 1 or 2 cups seems doable. I have to do Moderation Management for my alcohol consumption -- maybe you'll have to try "mod...

Hi Jen - I love your idea - thank you for the suggestion. Right now the wine is kept in a baking measuring cup (I kid you not), and then I pour it into my (very pretty and favorite) wine glass. I should totally buy a carafe. It also will cause much less discussion on occasions when we are socializin...

Not sure of how many of our sayings you've heard yet - but one of my favorites is: Mark it and Move On. We don't do ourselves one lick of good by beating ourselves up over the mistakes.
