Wednesday, Week 43 EMERGENCY S DAY! OK, it's time for a little "post-mortem". Yesterday was my first clear red day in almost 10 months on NoS. I would like to reflect on what is going on. First off, there is a clear pattern. During finals week all three quarters this year, I've felt the strong desir...

the suggestion I am about to give you is controversial, but I still recommend it: weigh yourself right now, and take your measurements. Then, if you don't want to weigh yourself over the next few months, that's fine. But have a definite start point of pounds and inches (or kg and cm, depending on wh...

Thanks for the link--I'd like to check that out. For me, maybe it was not coincidence that I was ready to commit to moderation (i.e. NoS) after two summers of intense counseling.....interesting. I'd never made that connection before. Maybe there was some self-sabotage going on (as we all know we do ...

I only lost 1 pound my first month of NoS. And I was overweight (you are not). Please be gentle with yourself, and feed yourself three enjoyable meals.

How much you enjoy your vacation is NOT going to depend on how skinny you are. You know that. You know that.
