KatyLamb,
I know it must have been frustrating watching others eat cinnamon rolls, but think about how you have usually felt after eating a cinnamon roll. I don't know about you, but I usually get a headache and feel kind of gross.....

My very best way to enjoy my S days is #4, avoid snacking. Then I really enjoy my food. I've already been snacking this morning, and I don't like the not-hungry feeling I have.

Lots of great stuff here on your thread! I think I had a similar post to yours about realizing what I "like" and what I was eating because it was there. It's kind of fun to start having strong preferences about our food. I've got to ask--since you've been a member since 2008--how long have you stuck...

Welcome, Marianna! You have lost a lot of weight already, and I'm sure have a lot to teach us. Thanks for starting a check-in thread! My one little push would be to force yourself to put at least 30 minutes between 2 appts at work in a day so that you can eat a proper lunch. I'm sure it would be dif...

Good luck with 3 meals/day, Chani. It's funny, one of my sisters just started WW and she is working so hard to eat 5 times a day. My 3 meals seems so much easier, so much less planning.
