Yes, I sometimes find Monday's difficult, especially if I've had sugar/snack foods on Sunday. Sometimes it's a relief to get to Monday. In general, I seem to have settled into a pattern of doing most of my S day eating on the Saturday, and have a more moderate Sunday - so Monday isn't too hard. The ...

I had a go with SG when I first started the No S diet - but I too kind of forgot about it. I think that women generally don't have as much muscle concentrated in the upper body - therefore there's less drive to do this sort of exercise perhaps. However, reading through these posts is re-inspiring me!

Saturday Yes Linda - I have been down to 111lbs and still had fat to lose - I'm hoping that be going down SLOWLY it might actually become my 'normal' state. (also avoid any unwanted comments from well-meaning friends!). I haven't been brave enough to measure myself yet - and there is a skirt in the ...

Thanks Linda! Yes - things seem to be going well for me! It's funny how No S sort of gets into your brain, isn't it? I met with a friend this morning and had a diary-check for planning a day out walking. This would be a sort of 'eating day' with a packed lunch, and possibly stopping for coffee/tea s...

Wednesday SUCCESS and after my one day of juice (and avocado) my weight has gone down to 8stone 4.25lbs (which it did last week as well - just for a day) - this is very encouraging! It will be back up again tomorrow after a day of food - but I'm curious to watch what effect this system (Jason Vales ...

Welcome Carolyn - No S is a really great way to help your body get back to it's right weight without crazy food restrictions. I agree that four meals are probably wise if you are feeding a baby - but remember to change to three when you stop breast-feeding  When I began No S I allowed myself t...

Thanks for your reading my posts Linda and Sonya - lovely to see your comments. I'm not sure what's happening with the cold - I'm coughing at night. Yes, I do have a handle on my S days (mostly!). And, yes, I am lucky to have my 'freedom'. I did my 'time' bringing up children (my son, and two step-c...

This feels like New Year #2! I'm planning on starting to work the 2 days-a-week juice, with the No S: that will be 3 N  days, 2 J :P days, then the normal S :D days at the weekend. What a nice 'neat' month - starting on a Monday! I was going for Gold! but looks like I might achieve a Bronze...

Hi! I've had a lovely day today - and used my S day 'allowances' enjoyably: I woke early (at 5am!) so got a cup of decaff and a couple of bits of shortbread and went back to bed to read - then I dozed again until about 8am. I went for a run along the coast path - which was SO good! Then came home an...
