4 month mark

Today marks 4 months since I started NoS + calorie counting. I simply ate my three meals and recorded into DietPower what I ate. I did not try to stay or reach a certain daily calorie average, but I could see easily what that average was. No more over the top S Days undoing all the work of the N Day...
