Yes, Glass Ceiling is a separate system from No-S.

However...

Alcohol is very calorically dense. I do enjoy my wine, but I'd probably lose faster if I didn't drink it at all. Since I'm more worried about lifelong habit than short term loss, I'm cool with that.

I disagree that there can be too many items on a plate as long as the sum total of the plate is not overfull. I don't know if you're familiar with the Japanese concept of bento lunches.
