Well done for dodging the diet coke - that is a hard one.

After how I have battled giving up the coffee for this Lent, I am going to treat it as a S and my best to restrict it to weekends.

I definitely going to get Wolf Hall.

oolala - I love this work out!! I was pooped at the end!!! I really felt as if I had worked out well!! I substituted the crunches for a bridge as I am wary of crunches and have hurt my back doing them in the past. I will alternate this with the lighter plan I have drawn up for myself - similar types...

I love the 7 minute work out! This is my kind of thing. Will definitely alternate it with the plan I started for myself.

Re: Tuesday

I am feeling pretty good. I went to Target today and bought some new clothes. It was soooo refreshing! I have thought for YEARS I would buy new clothes when I get to goal.... Nonsense!! I've decided to love the body I have NOW! Dress nicely instead of frumpy. Put on some jewelry. LOVE my body. If I...

Well done on not giving in to the old urges for binge food and staying strong.

What exercises are you doing on N days? I am glad we are heading into winter so exercising will be easier with it cooler.

Oolala53 - Maybe my calculations are off but by my count 2 litres = 8 cups of 250ml (8oz)

I have always drunk a lot of water and I find I don't function without it. I always have a bottle of water on my desk & sip all day.

Whew that is very interesting re the competitive eaters!

I agree 100% with Oolala53 the biggest thing with No S is the changing of the habit.

Habits are incredibly strong and rear their heads at the strangest and most unexpected times.

Congratulations on your loss!!!

You are so right about the excuses, but I guess until we are ready to really face the facts and accept responsibility for our actions (gluttony in many cases) we all have loads of excuses.

Looking forward to seeing where this journey takes you.
