Hey girl, I'm preggies and doing the no S. I have had three healthy babies and I usually followed a plan because I did not want to gain tons of weight. With the first I followed Weight Watchers, but added about 10 or so points a day. Usually at the end of my pregnancies though I was giving into what...

just curious. I try virtual plating, but I know it doesn't usually work for me.

I'm thinking you may not be eating quite enough. If you go to little on fat or protein it can be hard. Also if you have a little more at breakfast I heard from studies that it will help you with hunger the whole day. I think you may have to try adding a little more to your meals little by little unt...

no s and pregnancy

thanks to following(mostly, not perfectly) no s and marathon training (which I ran my first one last weekend) I have been able to get my body back after baby # three, yipeee! now, surprise surprise, I am pregnant again. I would love to still follow this plan, do you think it is okay?

I usually start s days with my regular breakfast. I do try to keep things in control. If I eat all and what I want on those two days I just maintain my weight. For me in order to lose weight I have to be specific and just do an extra couple of treats.

The weekend was a little much, I plan to do 2 s events because I went overboard and didn't feel so great

I find personally that it depeneds on the type of food. It I have a vegan type meal, I'm usually hungry sooner, but If I eat a normal or small portion meal that has a little more fat then I do okay. I think you need to find what works for you and remember it is okay to be hungry. When you have true ...

okay, I want to be able to manage no s vanilla for 21 days. I'm letting myself slide a little at night, my only problem with no s diet. So I plan to check in at 7-7:30, my personal danger zone. I only have 5 or 6 pounds to go.

I would say it is okay because you don't want to lose that momentum that you have with 9 days. I think though that you just need to make sure not to start virtual plating. this sort of got me in touble at one time.

don't give up!! when things settle down again you can maybe work out some mods. When you are ready that is. I realized to get back into my before 3 babies clothes I had to make this diet work for me. It means one controlled s day a week and a good exercise program.

I added a weight training program to my already running program. I have been snacking between meals with the need to get the fuel. After 3 Thanksgivings and 2 Christmas dinners I gained maybe 1 lb. So it was not my goal, but not to bad. I never felt deprived and really enjoyed my food.
